4.3 Source of Funds

4.4 Rejected Withdrawals

5.3 General Bonus Terms

The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirements specified for each bonus offer have been met. The deposit associated with a bonus may also be held until wagering is complete. hp 89bd reserves the right to cancel a bonus if it is misused or the rules are violated.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Every bet placed on the platform is verified through the system before it is finalised. hp 89bd reserves the right to cancel or amend a bet due to technical errors, incorrect odds being displayed, or any irregularity. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the account.

6.2 Live Betting

For bets placed on ongoing matches (in-play betting), the odds displayed at the moment the bet is accepted are final. If odds change due to network delay, the platform reserves the right to apply the most recently active odds.

6.3 Slots and Casino Games

The outcomes of casino and slot games are determined by the Random Number Generator (RNG) used in each game's software. Each game has its own RTP value set by the game provider. For example, the Aviator game has a maximum RTP of 97%.

6.4 Betting Limits

Prohibited Activities

Account Suspension and Closure

8.2 Closure at Member's Request

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. It is recommended that all pending withdrawals be completed before the account is closed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or deposit for an extended period (12 consecutive months or more), the account may be marked as inactive. Identity verification may be required before such an account can be reactivated.

Limitation of Liability

The services of the hp 89bd platform are provided on an "as is" basis. hp 89bd is not liable for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, third-party software issues, or loss of internet connectivity.

Betting and gaming inherently carry financial risk. Members should participate at their own discretion and entirely voluntarily. hp 89bd is not liable for financial losses arising from losses incurred through gambling.
